MUDSKIPPER TAILS

Mudskipper Tails do the following:

​

1.  Cantilever support through the width of a vault wall so as to reduce the cantilevered length of the plumbing.

​

2.  Protect plumbing from crushing by the soil retainers, which retain soil from the vertically slotted opening, as soil swelling and shrinking occurs.

​

3.  Act as a counterweight to stabilize plumbing​ when plumbing trenches are open and/or flexible expansion joints are being inspected and/or replaced.
